Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, meaning you have seven days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
We will accept full responsibility If the item that you receive is damaged or a poor quality.
If you are not satisfied with your order, or wish to exchange it for a different size, colour or product you are welcome to do so within seven days of receiving your order.
Items must be tried with care. Any returns sent back that have make up/ tan marks/ body odour/ signs of wear will be rejected as this hinders the ability to resell the item.
For an eligible exchange, please ensure:
- Your items are unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your exchange will not be approved if your item has been worn, washed or altered.
- Please keep original tags attached
To request an exchange, Contact us via email at Novah.uk@outlook.com with your name, order confirmation and reason for exchange.
If approved, we will provide you with instructions. You are responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part .
Once we receive an inspect your item, we will process your exchange.
if the requested item is unavailable, we will offer store credit for feature purchases.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
